Whether it's a crawl space floor or a basement wall assembly, uncontrolled vapor transmission feeds humidity, mold, and musty odors long before anyone notices actual liquid water.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained vapor barrier installation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Installing a barrier without understanding vapor drive direction can trap moisture in the wrong place — every installation is designed around your specific conditions.
We prioritize homes reporting visible mold linked to suspected vapor issues.
No surprise charges for vent covers or termination strips needed to complete a proper installation.
Wall applications use dimple-board rated for vertical below-grade application, not repurposed floor material.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every vapor barrier installation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
Barrier is run up piers and foundation walls, not just laid flat, since ground moisture can wick up unsealed vertical surfaces just as easily.
Dimple-board membrane creates an air gap against the foundation wall, allowing incidental moisture to drain down to a collection point instead of wicking into finished wall assemblies.
A vapor barrier is only as effective as its seams and edges — gaps at walls, piers, or overlaps undermine the entire system's performance.
Each pier is individually wrapped and sealed to the main barrier so the system performs as one continuous vapor block.
Where vents are being sealed as part of a full encapsulation approach, we install rigid vent covers integrated with the barrier's edge termination.
Here's the exact path from your call to a finished barrier installation.
Describe what's prompting the call — musty odor, visible condensation, a humidity reading you've taken yourself — and dispatch routes an appropriately equipped crew.
You'll get a text confirmation with your arrival window.
We measure the full space and take baseline humidity readings to establish what improvement to expect post-installation.
Installation is inspected for complete coverage and properly sealed seams before the crew considers the job finished.
